Tim Doolittle was the executive chef to The River's Edge, Stolen Grill and City Tavern through 2005. He then packed up his knives and joined Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining in Las Vegas in various chef positions at his restaurants. In 2010, he joined Emeril Lagasse in Las Vegas and Miami as executive chef in a number of his restaurants around the country. Most recently for the past 2 years, Tim was the executive chef at Bistango in Irvine, California. Tim returned to Kansas City about 3 months ago and is the Executive Chef at the River Club.
Along with Tim, Matt Nichols, a wine guru in KC, will being several bottles from his personal cellar for the group to enjoy.
